What models of fees determination we use?
We generally determine our remuneration on the hourly fee basis.
Apart thereof we use the following models:
- in case of a long-term advising the Clients often use a lump-sum fee representing the maximal hourly engagement of our lawyers in each month. Once the limit is passed, we use the hourly fees.
- in some cases we are ready to apply the pure lump-sum remuneration;
- if the Client is not ready to bear the cost of legal service given the unknown result of his case, we are often ready to agree a success fee. Please bear in mind that due to Polish lawyers’ ethics rules, we are not allowed to agree the success fee solely.
